These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by psce.pk, a platform offering school, college, and university management solutions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of the terms, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Services

psce.pk provides digital management systems for educational institutions including student data management, attendance tracking, examination records, fee management, staff coordination, and reporting tools.

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering or using our services.
• Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Do not engage in unauthorized access, misuse, or interference with our platform.
• Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws.

4. Institution Accounts

Each institution is responsible for the activities that occur under its account. Institutions must ensure that only authorized personnel have access to their administrative dashboards.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, code, logos, and software provided through psce.pk are the property of psce.pk and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without written permission.

6. Fees and Payment

Subscription fees are charged as per the agreed pricing plans. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.

7. Termination

psce.pk reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abuse, or cause harm to the system or other users.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the institution in the last 12 months.

9. Service Availability

We aim to provide uninterrupted access to our services, but we do not guarantee continuous availability due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

10. Modifications

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore.
